A perfect, healthy snack on a rainy day - Crispy Lady's Finger Fry :)

Ingredients:
Ladies finger - 500 gms
Gram flour  - 4 to 5 table spoons
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder - 3 tea spoon
Turmeric powder - 2 tea spoon
Salt -  to taste.
Curd - 3 to 4 table spoon

Procedure:
Cut the lady's finger into thin long slices.
First add gram flour, followed by red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix it well.
Then add ginger garlic paste and mix.
Finally add curd, mix thoroughly and marinate it for 30 mins to one hour.

Heat oil in a pan. Divide the marinated lady's finger into 4 or 5 batches.
Once oil gets heated up, add the lady's finger and fry it till it turns golden brown.
Squeeze away excess oil with a tissue and serve hot with tomato sauce.

Alternate way:
Instead of gram flour Bajji mix can be used. It is believed to consume less oil than gram flour.
